1.考察候选人工作的稳定性

(1)如果候选人工作今转行(变动行业)二次以上的,也要给出合理解释;

(2)在分析判断时,查看离职原因。

简历更重要的就是工作经历部分,对于工作经历的介绍是一门很高的学问。如果写的太简单,譬如工作职责很少,只有一两句话,工作业绩没有;太冗长的,象写一篇传记或小说洋洋洒洒3页以上,废话很多,不突出,个性不鲜明。对于工作经历少的或者工作经历冗长的猎头都可以pass掉。
