猎头顾问如何管理好自己的时间?
时间对每个人都是公平的。当我们抱怨命运不公的时候,不妨好好把握自己的时间。进行有效的时间管理才能有机会追赶。作为猎头顾问刚刚入职可能按照主管的要求被动的接受要在什么时间要做什么。但当我们入职一段时间后,对工作流程有所了解的时候,我们就需要开始精打细算做自己的时间安排了。

六、安排“不被干扰”时间

假如你每天能有一个小时完全不受任何人干扰地思考一些事情,或是做一些你认为很重要的事情,这一个小时可以抵过你的工作效率,甚可能比三天的工作效率还要好。
