猎头如何辅助候选人面试?
面试辅导也是猎头顾问的一项基础工作,猎头在面试辅导上不是简单说说而已,而需要候选人通过实践慢慢了解,面试辅导的目的是帮助候选人完善地展现他全 面的素质,让候选人顺利通过面试,自己也能完成更多的offer。一旦候选人走进客户的公司开始面试,我们就失去了对这件事情的影响和控制力。毫无疑问,我们应当在候选人去面试之前有所作为,以保证结果会超着确定的方向发展。一个人不会经历太多的面试,任何候选人的面试经验都是不足的,所以面试辅导是必不可少的,猎头顾问针对候选人面试主要通过以下几个方面来辅导。
